Have you ever tasted miso soup before? If not, you're in for a real treat. This stuff called miso is so healthy for your system. The Japanese have been procuring it and cooking daily with it for centuries. They consume at least one bowl of it daily. That's how much importance they put on it for maintaining health. So, having said that, I think it would be good to do some shopping at your local health food store and buy a tub of the stuff. While there, pick up some kombu and or wakame sea vegetable. Next, head over to the produce section and pick out some beautiful organic carrots and green onions. There you have it, time to skedaddle home and make your first batch of miso soup.
