The Power Of Miso Soup

It Makes You Healthy

by Donna Terry-Mann

Have you ever tasted miso soup before? If not, you're in for a real treat. This stuff called miso is so healthy for your system. The Japanese have been procuring it and cooking daily with it for centuries. They consume at least one bowl of it daily. That's how much importance they put on it for maintaining health. So, having said that, I think it would be good to do some shopping at your local health food store and buy a tub of the stuff. While there, pick up some kombu and or wakame sea vegetable. Next, head over to the produce section and pick out some beautiful organic carrots and green onions. There you have it, time to skedaddle home and make your first batch of miso soup. Watch the video to the left and see how to pull this off. Really, it's a piece of cake, such a simple recipe. Enjoy . . .

Natural Symmetry Via Macrobiotics

It's A Good Way To Go

by Barbara J. Jenson

I ask, has America been suffering a nutritional breakdown the last forty years or so? Meaning that, an extraordinarily large percentage of people today are losing their natural symmetry. The situation has gotten so bad that it's now considered a national epidemic. Why is it that the pounds are creaping on? This site will put forth the postulations encapsuled in the "macrobiotic philosophy". This philosophy upholds principles such as fresh food, whole food, organically grown food, natural food, preservative free food, coloring free food, artificial flavoring free food, and unrefined free food. These natural foods are to be eaten daily. The focus is on avoiding foods that harm our health in the long run. Instead, a transition occurs. We start developing systems of food preparation that consist of healthy natural foods. These foods prepared daily enhance our health tremendously and put us into the creative mind set. Our DNA responds with a healthy glow and our natural symmetry returns in full glory!

>Someone out there, please comment on what organically grown, pure and natural food means to you . . .
